Our team consists of qualified teachers with over 20 years of experience in successful education recruitment campaigns, offering a professional and bespoke approach to ensure excellent recruitment solutions for both clients and candidates.

We work with primary and secondary schools, with roles ranging from ECTs to Senior Leaders and Support Staff and we are passionate about connecting the right people to the right roles.

Aston Education was founded in 2019 by Tarja Aila who is a qualified primary teacher with QTS. After a successful teaching career, Tarja moved into education recruitment twenty years ago, found her niche and never left!
She is passionate about driving excellence in education through talent attraction and building trusted relationships with both clients and candidates.
Tarja specialises in permanent appointments and prides herself on finding the best match for each school, multi academy trust or applicant.
