About the Role:

• Location: Multiple primary schools across the Stoke area
• Availability: Flexible hours – both full-time and part-time positions available
• Key Responsibilities: Supporting students 1:1 or in groups, assisting teachers with classroom activities, promoting positive behaviour and engagement, and providing general care to enhance students' school experience

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role is advantageous, but a passion for education and child development is essential
• Skills: Strong communication, patience, and the ability to engage young learners
• Commitment: Enthusiasm for working in a school setting and supporting student growth
