Job Workshop Technician

Job Description

As a Workshop Technician you will work on HGV, LGV and Plant Equipment, you will play a vital role in the maintenance and repair of our diverse range of machinery. You will utilise your technical expertise to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance checks on all HGV and plant equipment to identify and address potential issues proactively.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components of our equipment, vehicles and plant machinery.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication to extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Utilise diagnostic tools and equipment to identify faults and malfunctions on our specialist equipment in plant machinery electrical systems.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate repair efforts and ensure efficient workflow within the workshop.
• Document maintenance and repair activities accurately, including parts used, labour hours, and equipment condition using our digital format
