Description of the job
Our client is seeking a Fleet Administrator, preferably with knowledge of the vehicle leasing, vehicle procurement and service / maintenance industry.
This role will involve working in the Fleet Management team where you will support clients with outsourcing requirements – services, maintenance, MOT’s, accident management and other associated tasks as required.
Job Description for the Fleet Administrator:
- Organising service and maintenance bookings
- Organise vehicle logistics
- Liaise with drivers directly
- Logging all maintenance jobs in the fleet system
- Updating the internal database for internal use
- Completing invoices for the orders placed
- Keeping clients updated on the progress of their repairs / maintenance
- Preferably have relevant sector experience within Leasing, Rental, Fleet, Dealerships or automotive
- Excellent customer service skills / client contact experience
- Someone with the ability to multi-task and work with accuracy
- The ability to work to deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Good problem solving capabilities
- Good MS office experience
